Closed Session:
(Peter Allenspach)
• New ENSA statutes establish that:
- the chairman can be elected from outside the association.
• Proposal - weight of votes
(proposal Schober/McEwen)
The increased number of delegates of ENSA makes necessary to group the member states into bands, considering the weight of voting (3, 2, 1). This would be defined in function of the number of neutron users of each country. These won’t be fixed but revised every second year.
Acording with this proposal, the ENSA chairman will present a draft of the changes of Statutes and it will be consider for approval in the next ENSA meeting.
• Election of a new Vice chairman - Antonio Deriu, Italy (right) and Secretary - Ad Van Well, Netherlands (left)
• The next ENSA Meeting will be held on April 21-22nd 2008 at Delft. |
