HOW TO FIND THE VENUE : The meeting will take place in Perugia at hotel Giò, which is located 15 minutes walking from the railway station (about 1 km).

The hotel can be reached from the railway station by bus number 1 (direction S. Erminio) or bus number 6 or 7 (direction P. Italia). The tickets can be obtained at the kiosk on the left of the station exit and cost 0.8 € each and last 70 minutes. Taxis are available on the left side of the station exit.


TRAVEL INFORMATION
Perugia is connected to Rome by train or bus. The timetable from/to Rome (Termini station) by train and the timetable of the bus connecting the Leonardo da Vinci Rome airport and Perugia (Piazza Partigiani) are here included.

The organization plan to have a bus collecting the attendants at the Rome Airport (Leonardo da Vinci) on the 3rd in the afternoon. The bus will be available on the 5th afternoon from Perugia to the airport.
Important: To define the timetable of the bus it is important that those who would like to use the bus, supply the arrival and departure information (flight number and time) in the registration form as soon as possible. Cosidering a connection time between 2.5 and 3 hours from the airport to the hotel, the bus can leave the airport at 5-5.30 pm and the hotel to go to the airport at 2-3 pm, according also to the final schedule of the meeting.

Bus connections: There is a daily shuttle connection from the international airport of Rome (Fiumicino Airport) to Perugia with the bus line ACAP -SULGA. Going from Fiumicino to Perugia by bus takes about 3 hours and a half.

Train connections: The main railway station of Perugia (Fontivegge Station) is directly connected with the main station of Rome (Termini Station), which can be easily reached from the international airport of Rome (Fiumicino Airport) by train or by taxi. Moving from Fiumicino Airport to Termini Station takes about 1 hour by train and 40 minutes by taxi. Moving from Termini Station to Fontivegge Station takes about 2 hours.
