FURRER SYMPOSIUM (Visual report)

The meeting will take place in Villigen, Switzerland, at the : Paul Scherrer Institut (PSI), Auditorim (PSI-West)

Arriving by Car:
You can drive to the PSI via Brugg or Baden.
Via Brugg:
From Brugg, first follow the signs to Koblenz. After driving through the hamlet of Lauffohr and going up a slight incline, fork left in the direction of Remigen/Villigen; then
bear slightly right to Villigen. About 1 km after you have left the village of Villigen, you will see PSI West on the right hand side. PSI East lies over the bridge on the River Aare.

Via Baden:
From Baden, follow the signs to Koblenz (via Siggenthal), driving through Obersiggenthal, Untersiggenthal and then Siggenthal Station. After the traffic circle at the sports field,
continue in the direction of Koblenz. After about 1.5 km, turn left for the PSI, as indicated by the signs. This brings you to PSI East. Take the bridge over the River Aare for PSI West.

Arriving by Train:
Brugg is on the SBB line from Zurich to Basel/Bern. You can take the bus from the station at Brugg.
The Brugg – PSI – Böttstein – Döttingen route will bring you to the PSI in just under 20 minutes.

Arriving by Air:
Ther is an SBB railway station at Zurich/Kloten international airport. From there, you can travel to Brugg via Zurich Hauptbahnhof (main station), and then take the bus (see Arriving by Train).

THE HOTEL
You will be accommodated at Hotel Linde in Baden.
Prize (special for the meeting): 122 Euros (breakfast and taxes included)
The hotel booking will be done by the secretary of PSI in Villigen, according to the information you will provide as soon as possible (20.9.2004 at the latest). Please confirm your participation by email or fax using the registration form.
